Week 2 Weigh In

Last week, I struggled.

I still managed to lose .8 lbs to bring my total weight loss to 10 pounds.

I am exercising 5 days a week.  I am feeling so much stronger.

This week I have started a 5 minute jog starting out and 30 minutes of jogging/walking (1 minute each).

My eating has not been the best... I want to be honest.  I have to eating too much in the evenings and will have to plan out my upcoming week better.

I am going to get myself together and have a great week.  I still have to plan out meals for next week which I will be doing today and tomorrow.

Next week, I will be sharing a day or two of what I eat in a day with pictures.  My meals are pretty boring.  I tend to eat the same things for breakfast and lunch all week long.  Dinners are usually different each day.

We do not eat out much anymore.  I have been preparing meals everyday.  If a day comes up where I don't want to cook, I always have a easy meal on hand to throw in the oven so I'm not tempted to go out.

The last few weeks have been mentally hard.  The start of school for my kids has been exhausting.  It feels like I am going from 4:30 am every morning to 7 pm at night.  I'm trying my best to take care of my family while also taking care of myself.  It's hard.  I'm taking it one day at a time.  Some days go by easily.  Others... let's face it.  I'm human and I do break down.

I'm here fighting everyday.

I will make it.
